We usually always stop at this gas station but today when we did my Tesoro card did not work it said to see cashier, who name was Pego, she was very nice but could not fix the problem so she called her Manager or Supervisor, who's name was Sharon. Sharon tried fixing the problem then asked me if I had a pin number I said we have never had a pin number. She turned to me and literally yelled at me and said I'm just asking!!! You don't need to have an attitude about it!!! I said I wasn't having an attitude I just answered your question. I worked in a station before, this attitude was not acceptable. Of course this site has no place to call or complain to an actual person. Poor rating for Sharon, Pego was an excellent cashier though. If I was Sharon's boss I would fire Sharon and promote Pego.
