Honestly?! QES did the initial install and the motor failed, the "warranty" work that the "factory authorized" center did failed also! Bottom line is we still do not have a truck that functions and QES has decided to wash their hands of it!

WOW!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM A -5 I WOULD. Took them almost a year to do an engine swap. "new" motor didn't last 25 miles, dumping oil, sounded like a coffee can full of nuts and bolts! Took them almost another year to come up with lame excuses about what went wrong. "repair" didn't last 25 miles either. Dead on side of road. Now they say that after three years there must have been some other underlying problem, "bad fuel" they say. They want to be paid for towing it back to town. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. I was told to look out, but didn't listen. Now I am telling all who will listen!!! STEAR CLEAR

Ob, your statement below is incorrect. Please review your information. If you had, you would have seen that we did not do the final installation of this engine. The installation was completed by a factory authorized warranty center outside of this business. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused to the owners of the company you work for.

Zero stars. -5 stars is too good. Had been doing business with them for years. They lost two of their best guys and since they left its been all down hill. I have been fighting these folks for three years on a butchered motor install they did that didn't last 25 miles. They farmed out the warranty and that didn't last 25 miles, truck came back with more issues than it went there with. Now they say that its been three years and after 70 miles there must be some other underlying problem, specifically, "bad fuel". What a joke. Motor was klunking and loosing oil the very first day I got it back three years ago. It took them almost a year to NOT get that problem fixed. Now they want to be paid for the towing expense they incurred to pick it up broke down half way to the valley after they had it "repaired" the second time. I had been told to steer clear of them, I should have listened. I hope you do!!
