We went with this company because they were able to do a bridge loan for us when no other company would. Also, we were interested in their offer for free refinances. However, that is where the positives end. They don't return calls regularly so you don't know if your loan is being worked on or under a pile of papers. For instance, right now my husband and I are trying to refinance with the low rates, but have not had a call from them for over 3 weeks, though we have left numerous calls.
