Love, love, LOVE!Fabulous. All the staff I interacted with were simply pleasant, kind, & cheerful. Great service too! I went for a women's haircut and wanted a Master Stylist. None were available so I chanced it with a Senior Stylist. The appointment was made with Eva. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND. She is the most thorough hair stylist I've had thus! She asked me many questions about what I do w/ my hair, the look I wanted, the ins and outs of how I wear it (even inquiring about all my different st<x>yles), and the products I use--all so that she may get a better idea of how to best cut my hair. She spent time cutting my hair and during the shampoo even took the time to massage my scalp and neck--also taking time to do that well. Please know that this isn't my first upscale cut--before trying Chez Ritz Aveda I have been going to Opulence for my haircuts. Both are comparable, and I love each equally. So if you're downtown and need a haircut for great value I HIGHLY RECCOMEND Chez Ritz Aveda, and ask for Eva!

I went to this salon after having horrible experiences all over town. Amber did my hair cut and style and she did a wonderful job. She talked to me about options best for my face and products to use for the style I desired. She was very friendly. Talkative but not excessive.Best place in Anchorage. Totally worth the price to have your hair done there.
