Patrice is the new owner and she does a great job with our elderly Shih Tzu. He’s not not apprehensive when we arrive and he always looks just great! She always very gentle with him and I never worry that he has been mistreated. Such a change from the original owners!

Made an appointment and forgot what time it was at, I called in to refresh my memory and I'm assuming the owner... was dropping her kids off at school and sounded too busy to speak to me, I asked if she could give me a call when she gets back to her work and she sounded if that was too much of a hassle itself and told me that "my appointment is probably at 9:00am".

I do not appreciate the complete lack of customer service nor do I appreciate the slight attitude when I asked to be called back, that is not a way to run a business. I am extremely disappointed.

I read the reviews and was excited to take my dog to be groomed. I was leery about the building because of the outside appearance but decieded try it anyway. I was greeted by pleasent staff with a smile and was hoping that this place would live up to the raves. Unfortunately I was greatly disappointed! My dog was clean but the hair cute was Absolutely horrible! There were multiple areas all over my dog that were uneven and looked as if it wasn't cut at all. After I brought my dog home and did a closer examination, it was even worse than I saw at the groomers. Obviously I wouldn't recommend this groomer to anyone and I Wont Ever take my dog back again.

I have known this groomer for almost 18 years. She is the best dog groomer I have ever had the pleasure to take my babies to. I love my dogs as if they are my children and I know that this groomer treats my babies as if they were her own. She has NEVER mistreated, mishandled or abused any animal! I require my babies to be groomed a certain way and she always complies with my request, even if the cut I want is not the usual cut for the breed. I live in the valley and drive my babies to south anchorage to be groomed by the best, and this groomer is definitely the best. I have and would recommend to all friends and family. Best groomer ever!!

My dog has never been happier after being groomed at Dogs Day she prances around the house for two days after like she knows she looks good. Anywhere else we went she hid under the bed after for a day and a half. I would never go anywhere else! You can tell right when you walk in the door that they love what they do!

Never go there!!! I walked by and saw banging on kennels and choking the poor dogs on the table with the noose. I don't like animal abuse. 2 thumbs down

I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else but Dog's Day. He always smells good when I pick him up.

This is the best grooming place in Anchorage. My dogs are cared for carefully and look fantastic. I have recommended Dogs Day to all of my doggie friends. Try it - you will not be disappointed.

Our little shih tzu, Missy, loves this groomer. She is always well groomed and cared for while at Dog's Day Boutique. We have been taking Missy here for years and have recommended this grooomer to our friends who continue to use this groomer as well. She has never been handled roughly and does not get frightened and shaky when dropped off there.
