I have been living here for about 10 months. The building is kept in good shape, along with the parking areas during the winter. The apartments are good size for one bedrooms, and are a fair price for the Anchorage area. Though I haven't had to deal with management very often, the times I have were pleasant. The maintenance issues I had were fixed quickly.
