To everyone that says this shop is full of unemployed losers and bashing the staff think about this. Its a lounge. People hang out. They are the only shop that carries local juice and legit mods. The shop is not made for the feint of heart as they tell you as it is. You step into lower quality you have a higher chance of blowing your face off. Safety is a consistent thought. The shop is clean not grungy as the business next door is a birth center. The staff is only the best and build the best. I rebuilt many coils from fatboys, primal and many others that were hard shorting. Ive seen more melted isolators built by other shops then cold vapes combined. You want the best you have to hang with the best. If you cant hang youre better off going to a smome shop and getting a vape pen because you arent serious about quitting smoking in the first place.

Do not waste your time at any of the other stores, this is simply the best one and only one in Anchorage worth going to.

I've been to every shop in town and after coming here I lamented all the time I wasted at other places. I learn something new every time I come in. All the employees are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Some folks are upset because they only sell the best quality gear and simply do not carry stolen Chinese garbage. The owner is extremely active and generous within the Anchorage vaping community. A real gem.

Extremely knowledgeable staff! I first went in after having a horrible customer service experience from Fatboy vapors- and once I step foot in to Cold Vape 907- they walked me through all their juices, batteries, tanks and helped me choose the best for me and explained everything I needed to know about their products. This is a mature shop- not manned by rude teenagers. They don't carry crappy products like other shops and all their juices are high quality. I'd highly recommend this shop to anyone- from very experienced users to beginners. They know their stuff!!

For the "losers" who are hating on Isaac and his employees. Your idiotic comments only justify my opinion that these guys really know their stuff. The people who are hating are the typical fools who get mad when they come in to the store and get an education. Some people just can't handle being shown they don't know crap. Issac picked out my first mod for me and it's worked flawlessly. The main reason people hate on Isaac is that he doesn't and won't sell the cheap clone crap that other shops sell. He cares about his customers and won't sell them junk and he had no problem voicing his opinion on clones..... Thus the haters^^^^^^^

It use to be sort of friendly when the woman wasn't working the store. Now I don't even like going in there with her non-customer service skills. The way she conveys herself comes across as rude and impatient. Is the store trying to make money or lose customers? If you want me to spend my money there, then show a little appreciation for it. Until I hear changes are made, I'm going elsewhere.

Love these guys and gals ���� they go the extra mile to make sure your happy with your flavor and know your mod. Very easy going and pleasant always greatest with a smile .

As a vaper of four years I caN honestly tell you that not only are these guys not knowledgeable in the Least they are also excruciatingly rude to the point where I was told that since I vape 32 mg juice I might as well be on meth. If I was you I would just order off of the internet and go to Web forums to get your questions answered by someone with much more experiance.
