Dr. Jessica Ham – soon to be Dr. Jessica Burk(!) has been my dentist for the last year – for my first visit to the office my dentist was the “original” Dr. Burk … he’s left his practice in good hands! Dr. Jessica is “cool beans!” She lets me know what needs to be done, rounds out a plan – and an alternate plan, research is done by the billing department to see if it’s doable. She has the soft touch and while she’s examining she tells me what she is doing as she goes. I like her. Another person I see much more often is dental hygienist, Jazz. She eases me into my cleaning, is friendly, and explains what new “toys” she has for the cleaning. She is warm and friendly. Actually, the whole office is warm and friendly!

He strives to make sure the all clients are completely satisfied! He takes care of any obstacles sincerely. I recently was even able to let him know about a little clothing mishap he had and he handled that situation with a smile. There is absolutely no way that I would ever to to another dental clinic ever!!! This place has all the customer service, great manners, professionalism , supreme work ethics in all of Alaska!
