I called getting prices for rentals, not knowing I could have just visted their website for a better experience.



I don't know if it was the owner or not, but I asked for prices, he gave them to me, I said WOW! (Because they were MUCH higher than other rentals here in AK). He said that "he gets all of his customers from the lower 48".....and he HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!!!!!!!!



My suggestion: make all your clients and potential customers important, but especially your own fellow Alaskans!!! Its just friendly business to take care of your own locals!!!!!
