Provided by YP.comBuyers beware. We were just trying to refinance our our mortgage, and the bank had the appraisal done by Sara Rasmussen of Affiliated Appraisers of AK. She appraised our home for $60,000 less than the city tax assessment and blew our opportunity to refinance. When we complained, she complained back to the bank and now we are being investigated! Make sure this doesn't happen to you, if you see her name tell the bank you want somebody else!
