I set up a time to get my truck diagnosed early in the morning. They sat on it all day and didn’t start on it until later that night; all this without as much as a phone call. I tried calling one of their numbers and got no answer. The other number got the owners wife who wasn’t even in the shop. She couldn’t get in contact with him either. The front office was in shambles. The owner said they were going through a remodel. Afterwards, they said they would call when the part my truck needed was in… that was 3 months ago. They are horrible.
