I would never take my truck there again. They not only have bad customer service they also destroyed my 2 subs and a amp. They cannot even mmake a even sub box. I have pictures to prove this. They also poked a hole in my sub and refused to replace it. I would not take my car there again if they were the only place in Anchorage. Thank god there are courts!!!

The worst service I've ever had! The people at the desk were rude; they couldn't get my trunk latch to work; and they said that they called me and told me about it before I went to pick it up, but they did not. They said that only the dealer ship could do it, but when I talked to the dealership they said that there should not have been any reason that they couldn't have done the trunk. Also, they forgot to put the panic button on so that I have to go back to get it done later. Then if all that weren't bad enough, when my wife and I went to ask questions about our new system they tried to shirk us off and tech wouldn't even come out and talk to us to explain it himself. He kept sending the desk clerk (who had no idea what he was talking about) back and forth with messages. On the up side though it was a good price, but totally not worth the hassal.
