In June 2010 I found termite damage while getting some quotes for outside painting. I contacted four exterminator companies that I found on YP.com, thinking that two out of four would flake on me like the paint contractors did. To my surprise, all four termite inspectors showed up on time and gave us an estimate. My wife and I rated United National in the top two with regard to the thoroughness of their inspection and the knowledge of their inspector. Then the quote came in, and United National was the least expensive of the four by a good margin. We gave them the OK, and they did a good job of educating us on sealing our food, etc. etc. We've been through this before, so we didn't need extreme hand-holding. Also, United National was very flexible on dates, which saved us some more money.

If you need to skip the multiple bids and just go with one company, United National are the ones to go with.
