The employees here are pretty bad for such a large hotel that has above average wages. Some people that we encountered were very nice such as one of the desk people. The security guards here are pretty stupid, could not even direct me to the lobby from the garage! They are also dressed like mall security which does not go with the theme. Housekeeping was pretty good, the room was cleaned very well but the room itself was not as listed. The view was pretty good but was not on the side we confirmed with on our reservation. Over all, I would not stay here again unless a better AAA discount is given.
