We had some plumbing work done by Professional Plumbing & Drain Cleaning. I'd have given them a higher rating if their customer service was better. The plumbers did ok on the first part of our job. It was when we booked our appointment in advance and they were a no show claiming they weren't let in by the gate. When I phoned the gate there was no record of their arrival or being turned away. Jose proceeded to tell me he left me voicemail and I had been up waiting and heard no phone ring nor receive no messages. We took a day off in our schedule to have the rest of our job finished and after I phoned them as they were already an hour and a half late for our job the owner said we don't do residential projects anyway we have enough commercial business. Basically we don't need your business! Wow how rude and smug and highly unprofessional. Not to mention a days work lost for us! Be careful if you hire them as you never know if they will show up!
