Stay away.

I wish I could give them a MINUS star rating instead of one star.

I called them to clear my drain. I should have known better when they wouldn't give me a price over the phone. They wanted to HydroBlast all my lines even though all but the clogged drain are new. Just hadn't gotten around to renewing that one yet. I said no, to just snake the one drain and they sent a manager out to hard sell me into it. I still said no and was going to tell them to leave when they agreed to snake my drain.

They used a snake with no bit at the end. I said that wasn't going to work and they said they would guarantee it for 30 days so I said OK.

The did get it to drain but within a week it was clogged again so they didn't do a good job IMO. When I called them back out, they said the guarantee is good only if they now do the HydroBlast. What!

I complained and they did finally offer to snake my drain but in the meantime I had to hire another plumber to correctly snake my drain. They wouldn't give me a refund.

When they promise you 1 year warranty for the job. Be careful. I had a problem with my sink drain. They came out and convinced me to do air jet flushed for $350 with 1year warranty. Two days later, it got clogged again and they had to come out. Instead of fixing the problem they said " because this is restaurant they need bigger machine to do the job and they have to charge more". What@!?!! They are not honest company for sure. Just be careful when they ask you for $350 air jet flush with 1 year warranty
