I do not recommend this company ... They were the trustee handling the foreclosure of my home .. First of all they would not return any of my phone calls when I attempted to pay off whatever was needed to keep my home from being sold at trustee sale... My elderly mother lived in the house, this company was aware and although I had the cash, I could not get anyone to accept it... They and the lender wanted the equity ... Then last January, even though the house was still under a temporary restraining order this company sold my home... It has been nearly a year and although the house sold for over $100,000 more than the original note, I have received no accounting, no return calls, no written communication and NO excess funds... They are not a company that I recommend ANYONE get involved with..they would be minus five stars if it were allowed
