****ATTENTION ALL CALIFORNIA INSURED DRIVERS!!!!

I'd like to make you aware of this company! They handle claims from Multistate insurance and Nations Insurance Company.

I totaled my car back in March. Ended up being forced to drive a car with a deployed passenger airbag, no front bumper and broken windshield for months. This insurance claim company, picked up my car and said they sent me the needed paperwork for my payout. I had my car towed for auction in 16hrs and no paperwork. Three weeks later, I contacted a supervisor, both agents lacked diligence, communication, and urgency. I was left without a car and pay for over a month.

So YOU ALL KNOW. Department of Insurance told me they have 40 days to deny or accept claims. If they drag it out like they did with mine. They can face severe penalties. NANCY MCMANUS handled my claim. She was unprofessional in the fact she neglected my calls and claim for over 6 months. Please do don't allow these people to handle your accidents. Make sure when you buy insurance, the claims company is a reliable source. AFA CLAIMS WILL RIP YOU OFF
