Booked two pedis for a surprise mothers day. Were 6 mins late and the manager comes out to my car and was being rude. She told me that they work on commission and that they have an apt at 10. She said that they were here bc of us. She was being very rude and totally ruined the surprise. Then she said "just to let u know this a non smoking salon" like really? All buildings are non smoking. I just cant believe the way she treated us. Especially coming.out to my car to complain that we are 6 mins late! How are you supposed to retain clients that way? Never going there.
