I bought a new Samsung Galaxy S6 phone in November 2015 at Best Buy location Address: 1585 Niagara Falls Blvd, Buffalo, NY 14228 Phone: (716) 837-9080 and at that time I signed up for the Complete Protection for $10.99 a month. I also had previous cellular phones I purchased through Best Buy and had the insurance protection before but this time I upgraded to the complete protection plan. So for around 10 months I have been paying $10.99 a month and need my phone replaced as it does not take pictures anymore and I was told I had to pay another $150 to get phone replaced. I would have never signed up for insurance again if I knew I had to pay a $150 deductible. Why would I pay $10.99 for insurance that does not cover a replacement phone. You cant even send me a refurbished phone for the hundreds of dollars I have been paying every month for insurance that does NOTHING!!!

I had a very pleasant experience at this Best Buy loacation last night. I made a purchase with my card, totalling over 10,000 so it took quite a while to get approval from the store. So long that we were there longer than the store was supposed to be open.The staff did not get imaptietn at all. In fact, they were more than gracious and understanding.

Like the store, great selection, do not ever let someone sell you something you do not want or need

I love shopping here but I will admit that unless you know what you are doing you can get some "less than forthright" salesmen. I happen to be a network admin so they really can't sell me something I don't need but if you are going to shop here for heavens sake take someone who knows computers with you.

This place has so much for tech people to see. I love going here. The geek squad people are great. The only reason I didn't rate it excellent is because I've had a couple of bad experiences with condescending salesmen.
