We listed our acreage with Bill Jennings and have not been more disappointed in anyone! He is lying when he says that he spoke to us about the septic system. We know our is needing replaced and he told us that we could sell "as Is" and now he says that we need to replace it after we lowered the price $10k to cover that charge. He NEVER told us that was not included in the 'AS IS" clause. We want to raise the price back up if we have to replace it or he can pay for it out of his pocket. We cannot afford this. NO RECOMMENDATION for your business here!!!!!
