It's about 9:30 p.m. on Sept. 18,2008. After working all day, me and my friend go thru the drive-thru to place our order. We order 3 orders of 5 pc chicken nuggets, and 2 small chili's. We pay, and pull up to wait on our order. While we are waiting, we observe several employees hanging out the side door at the drive-thru. They are conversating with a vehicle that has pulled up, and hollering across the parking lot at some of their friends that had just left the restaurant. The young black guy working the drive-thru window came to the window and repeated our order to us. I then asked for extra saltines, seasoning packs for my chili, and sauce for my nuggets. He proceeds to tell me that he only has one pack of saltines and no seasoning packs. We waited longer than we should have. As we were waiting, we also observed the employee not wearing gloves while handling our food, talking, laughing and joking around over our food. Our experience here tonight was not professional. Then when we received our order we left. When we got home(which is 10 minutes away), we checked our bag to find: lukewarm nuggets, no sauce, 2 forks(no spoons, have you ever tried to eat chili with a fork) AND OUR CHILI WAS ONLY 1/4TH OF A CUP FULL!!! I am not very pleased with my experience at Wendy's tonight. I go to Wendy's several times a week. I have had several bad experiences at this Wendy's, and have always let it slide. BUT THIS TAKES THE CAKE!!! I more than likely will not be going back there again!!! Several of my friends have had bad experiences, and I always take up for Wendy's, but I will not anymore!
