I'm a 64 year old grandmother driving from Mobile to Knoxville and my car broke down. I was able to get off the next exit but I had no idea where I was, state or town. ProTow showed up right when they said they would. The young man driving the tow truck was so kind. More than that, he knew just what he was doing.. So professional. He took me to a Buick dealership and then told me how I could get back on the expressway when my car was repaired. This is a wonderful company.
