I do custodial work for Wasatch mental in the evenings in American fork. I do the best I can to clean within the time frame I am given but I was really frustrated because I was told by my supervisor that they were receiving emails about the building not being cleaned very well. It was upsetting to me because alot of the workers told me that they had no problems with the building or cleaning I had been doing I wish they would be honest and let me know in person if I need to improve rather than going behind my back. There building is not always easy to clean. It would help if they took better pride and encouraged their clients to do the same. And made you feel a little more appreciated for the help your giving them

This place is so unprofessional. They broke our scheduled appointment and refused to see me on site and sent me elsewhere. They are unprofessional & would not respond to my spouses phone calls nor did they keep to the planned agreements. Rather then giving us the help that we paid for they gave us more problems. If you need counseling seek it elsewhere. I feel ripped off and betrayed by people who I was supposed to be able to trust. Unprofessional at best, dishonest and unreliable at worst.
