Took our puppy in for a full grooming. They were fats, and very caring. They answered all my questions thoroughly and my puppy was well taken care of.

This is the best grooming shop I have been to! Yes, the prices are a little more than somewhere else, but they treat your dog like a show dog. They are nationally certified groomers, unlike many of the places I have been to, they don't charge you for extras like filing the nails or conditioning your dog's coat. I'd recommend this place to anyone because they treat your pet like their own! Also, daycare is available which is really nice on days when I can't be with my dog for the majority of the day!

BEST EVER!! This is the only groomer I will take my yorkie to, they always do a perfect job and every time I go in to pick her up they have her behind the counter or are holding her or sitting with her on their lap at the desk! The only time they had her in a cage was when the worker said- "I had her out with me but she kept laying on the cold floor instead of in her bed so I took her bed and put it in a cage so she would't be cold!" I never have to worry about her well being while she's there, they also take her for walks before I pick her up and because of that she never has an accident in my car! (Which has happened at other groomers I have taken her to!) One time when I picked her up she pottied in her bed at the groomers and they had it all cleaned and dried for me when I got there! And if I'm ever late to pick her up, they put her in daycare for a few hours!! I once took her to Happy Trails in Lehi and when I got her back she acted tramatized for THREE days!!!! When I picked her up she pottied in my car and was shaking for two hours! Her favorite place to go is to my parents house and to see my little brother, since she was acting so weird I took her over there and she didn't even care about being there. She finally came around after the three days! I know they must have been mean to her. :( Whenever I pick her up from PPP she's always just bouncing off the walls like her normal, happy self. They're a TINY bit more cost but totally worth it to know your precious puppy is being beyond well taken care of!! Definently recommend!

I've been going to Precious pet paradise for about 10 years now, I needed help expressing my dog's glands and they helped me out with that and explained how to watch for problems, which was great! I have never had any problems with my dog's grooming or being treated fairly. They are great!

I cannot believe the way I was treated by the owner of this place. She was rude, unprofessional and quite childish. I was shocked at the way she handled my question and concern. It was as though she did not care what I had to say and literally behaved like a child that could not handle any concerns. If you want to be a successful business owner in this neighborhood atleast be open minded to hear what it is that we really want. I mean we are the ones who keep you in business if I remember correctly. So a piece of advice learn how to be a business owner and treat your clients like you care. But I honestly think that is above your maturity level since you behave so chidlish. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY BECAUSE CLEARLY IT IS NOT APRECIATED HERE!!!!!

It's been over 11 years since I started going to this salon. This small business has grown and changed many times over the years. With all the changes, I know one thing for sure, my animals will be cared for better then anywhere else. There are very few groomers out there that have the education at the level the owner has. No big box store has the grooming ability like these groomers do. The Value of the quality and care for a couple of buck? It's a no brainier. It is almost imposable to find a positive trainer who actually knows how to solve problems, not just follow a book. I recommend the grooming and the training available at this business.
