Shopping for a car at this dealership was a needlessly difficult and high-pressure experience. The salesmen are simultaneously pushy and under prepared. Do not even bother getting a car you are interested in looked at by a trusted, third party mechanic as the salesmen will dismiss their feedback and refuse to budge on pricing no matter what comes up, going so far as to laugh at your offers.

Shopping for a car is difficult and stressful, and the lovely gentlemen down at Superior Auto Mart in Amelia are all that with a layer of slime and condescension.

This place does not even deserve one star but will not let me post review without selecting one, needs negative star choice added

Girlfriend just bought a Jeep Cherokee through them and in 3 days the heat magically didn't work. They wouldn't help, said it was our issue and she bought a used car. Didn't matter if they found it or stole it that it was her problem. $5000 is what she paid for an 01 jeep. The place has boarded windows, leafs in the walk in, and has the appearance of a junk yard.

Waffa the owner is horrible!!! He's rude and they sale crappy cars. He sold me a honda and the check engine light came on the next day. He lied to me about the warranty and refused to fix it. Make sure you get everything in writing with him! He takes advantage of people, all they care about is ripping people off

These owners sell cheap cars as they put sawdust in the engine. We went to buy a car and had cash $4000 the brother started talking in their language to the other brother. I was wondering what they said but when the brother came back he wanted more money stating it was due to new tires....wanted $2000 more. We wouldn't pay it. Then as we were sitting there we heard them say some crap about other customers and the way they dressed said they can't afford that car and the other brother said the man and woman were examples of americans.ALL I CAN SAY IS WE LEFT. THEY ARE CORRUPT AND ANYONE WHO DOES BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS ARE ASKING FOR TROUBLE

Buyer beware.....

We were looking at a car there recently. The price was great and we were going to go ahead and buy it. We were getting our loan on Tuesday and would be ready to sign the papers and off we'd go. He said he won't be there. He needs us to get the car early Monday morning. So, we made some arrangements and managed to get the money together. At that point, we were feeling a little rushed and uneasy. We ended up deciding to look around a little more. We tried to contact him, but he wouldn't answer his business phone or his cell phone. My husband went ahead and left a message. He calls back and leaves a really nasty voice message about us wasting his time for a week (we came in on two days and didn't tell him we were planning on buying it until a day before we were going to buy). He demanded that we call him back so he could hear it from us and not through a voice mail. REALLY glad we decided to keep looking.
