Hey, I'm Alison! (But you can call me Ali) I specialize in organic balloon decor that packs a big POP! I started Charming Garlands in June of 2020 in the middle of the pandemic because I'm a firm believer that, no matter what, there is always a reason to celebrate! Balloons bring joy, command attention, and turn any gathering into a party that pops. Working with balloons has allowed me to channel my creativity, mix in my passion for parties, finish it with a sprinkle of charm, and happiness.
