They are not a certified dealer. They are rude and the place is filthy. Carpet is dirty. And they are always out of supplies. Call headquarters to get your supplies. 1-800-494-8586

Highly recommend as I received great service and repairs the same day!!! Received an estimate before repairs were started and absolutely encouraged to repair and not replace my Kirby vacuum. My vacuum runs GREAT....will go back should the need ever arise!!. Cindy
