Horrible! They didnt fix the problem, costumer service sucks!!

I have had to used many different pest control companies over the years. That lady that works there is the best! Hands down! I haven't had any problems since she was at my house. They did my pest inspection and termite treatment also when I refinanced my house.

I had a problem with roaches and these guys help me so much. Not only did they spray my house but they gave me lots of great advise on how to get rid of them and keep them gone. They were so nice and respectful. I was real embarrassed about having those roaches but they really made me feel at ease. Now, I have them come out every month! I recommend them to everyone! :)

I was not happy with the company at all,they came out twice and didn't fix the problem I had,I paid 120.00.called to tell them I was still having a problem and the lady told me I could pay the 120.00 again or pay for a gel they have,I said I wasn't going to pay for something that wasn't working,the lady said "let me see what I can do" and I never heard back from them. Will NEVER use them for anything again.

I had my home sprayed by Bugs Burney and i was amazed at my results. Both exterminators are highly intellegent and do a great job at what they do. I would go for them anytime i needed my house sprayed. Norma and Bruce give you your second spray free. I also loved the service because they really do serve with a smile. I also felt very comftorable leaving them at my house by them selves because they are so dedicated and loyal. Bugs Burney is also one of the only extermination compay i know that has the owners as the exterminators. This also helped me fell much more comforable.

Bugs Burney Pest Control is an amzing bussiness and devoted. The exterminators Norma and Bruce are outstanding! They will be on time everytime you call. They also are not just spraying for your money but because they care. In my past experience they have always made me smile and i've had great results!
