This is the man who provided me all the knowledge I needed to truly understand the issues with mold and how to properly remediate a property to minimize liability. His pricing for mold testing and reporting was great and he always answered my questions directing me to websites that would help me understand the issues associated with mold and how to properly “remediate” properties. He is honest, responsive, and took the time to answer questions any time I asked. He was always on time for his appointments and worked around the construction time schedules to make sure the before and after testing was done in a very timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend him. And….he’s a hoot! I now fully understand mold remediation and what it takes to do it right. In Houston…this knowledge as a Realtor is important.
