Things seem to get hectic over at this establishment but from what I have seen with my own eyes, the employees seem to have it well under control! I honestly don’t know how these kids can do it now a days, I wouldn’t have the patience like they do, they take everything one step at a time in a well organized fashion,they kept up with each individuals orders and served a big smile, overall best pizza place I’ve been to yet, My kids love it!! #happykidsequalshappymomma

This is Absoluty the worst pizza establishment I have ever been to. No Hot and Ready pizza available at 530 pm. Waited over 30 minutes for a 3 Meat Pizza, a Cheese and a Pepperoni. While waiting for my order multiple other patrons complained that the service was horrible and the employees were in desperate need of proper management. The girl in the back making the pizzas had hair to the middle of her back hanging in her face not pulled back or a cap or hair net. The cashier said they don't give receipts anymore because people don't ask for them. I got to the football field right behind the to feed the family and I had a sausage pizza not a 3 Meat so I went back to the store to return the wrong pizza and get the correct one. I showed he young man that I was given the wrong pizza, he snatched the box and went to the back, grabbed the correct one and literally THREW the pizza across the counter at me. In total disbelief I ask if there was a problem and asked for the number of the General Manager or Owner. The number I recieved is, 9729669911, I called and went to a voicemail that was full. If this is not the correct contact number, could someone please provide an accurate contact, I would love to speak to someone about this horrible experience.

This restaurant is usually understaffed and Hot-N-Ready is usually not the case. I often have to wait 30 minutes or more for a cheese pizza. Other places are really good about having plenty of the Hot-N-Ready options available when I walk. I have learned with particular location I have to often call in my order.

I ordered 3 meat pizza last night waited 30 mins for it and witnessed the pizza preparer scratching her scalp then continuing to make pizza without washing her hands. The other employee had very long hair that was down and could easily contaminate food. Usually a decent place but i was very displeased this time. And i addressed the problem and want powered another pizza but had already paid and waited 30 mins.
