One time they don't charge for Subsitutes the next time they do without telling you.. Different price every time..

Only been a few times before and their service is alright but love Dairy Queen and its always been an iconic place in my childhood memories. However thanks to this location and several others I think it's time to let go of the idealistic images of the DQ of yester-year and face the reality of what it has become...a place that is known for consistently bad customer service. My experience at this particular location was ruined when I was told by their own admission that they had messed up my order and then they asked me to pay for it...literally. On principal I chose to recieve a refund for the whole meal and leave. The asst mgr was rude and by her own admission acknowledged that they made the mistake by ringing up my meal wrong then asked me to pay for it even though it was only a .99 cent french fry. On principal, I chose to get my money back and leave. Won't be visiting this location anymore. There are others in town that are more reputable and efficiently ran.

I am not impressed with their hamburgers and fries. The wait is long and the people are not friendly. However, the blizzards and ice cream are great!
