Horrible experience. I had an appointment for 3 PM showed up a little bit early because I was a new patient. They did not get me into a room until 3:50. Which I understand sometimes places like that I can get behind. The staff was very friendly and nice. But the doctor was extremely rude. As I was waiting in one room I heard some young kids being rowdy in the next and then heard the doctor go in and yell them for a few minutes. It's one thing to go in there and ask them to quiet down but he went beyond that and just chewed them out for much longer than they deserved. As he left that room I heard him say if they're not gonna say something I will and if I heard him say that I'm sure the parents heard him say that too. A few minutes later he finally did come into my room he did apologize for the wait but I didn't feel like he meant it. He then started asking me the normal questions about contacts and glasses but when I couldn't answer his questions properly because I wasn't understanding exactly what he was asking so he started losing his patience with me. I was told to bring the contacts that I was wearing which I did but I didn't bring my glasses because I didn't know I was supposed to. He then belittled his receptionist because he said that they should've told me to do that. I thought that was very unprofessional of him to belittle his employees to a patient. He finally started to do the exam and I in form him that I have extremely sensitive eyes to light. He then said that I will just have to deal with it because he has to do the exam. I finally was losing my patience and told him that my last doctor from where I'm from, work with me on that and that he turned the lights down and was still able to get the job done. Of course he didn't reply to that. He also rudely said the reason I'm probably sensitive to light is because I was over wearing my contacts which I was aware of but then I also informed him that I always had sensitivity to light way before I even started wearing contacts again he didn't respond to that. By this time it's 4:10 and I was hoping to be back at work by 4 o'clock because I also have a job that depends on staying on schedule and them being so late was putting me very behind. He again was very rude and told me that I would need to take my contacts out and would have to wait five minutes and then change it and said rudely well with your eyes it's more like 10 minutes I then said I was unable to stay much longer and he rudely said well do you need to cancel this appointment and reschedule or you just going to go somewhere. By this time I had completely lost my patience and said I was going somewhere else. He then asked if that's my final decision because he was deleting my appointment and I said yes got up got my stuff and left the building.I cannot believe the way he treated me and how I heard him treat his other customers. Will never recommend him to anybody I would stay clear of him. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and was thinking maybe he just is having a bad day but as the appointment progress I could not believe the way he was treating me.
