I went in just looking at scooters. When we arrived it was 6:05pm. The store closed at 6pm but they were bring equipment in from outside. We asked a guy if we could take a quick look around at the scooters and he said sure go ahead. We walked inside and looked around and then this guy came out of an office and talked with us. Showed us around the scooters and the used section. He was very polite and nice. We asked him if it was ok to be in there after hours and he said yeah sure no problem. We were there talking with him for quite some time after closing and he didn't seem to mind at all. Come to find out later, he is the owner Steve. We asked him about financing and explained our situations, I am going to school and not working at the moment and my husband is on disability. He said fill out the app online and we will try very hard to help you out and see what we can do for you. All the employees that passed us said hi to us. It was a very friendly place.



We stopped at another place that sells scooters just down the street and were treated very rudely. I asked the guy about financing and then he just seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. He actually walked away from us and went back inside while we were still asking him questions. He did not come back out so we left.



We went back 2 days later and Steve saw us and came over and asked us how everything was going and we told him we filled out the app and his Office Manager said we were approved and he took us over to a salesman by the name of HB and told him to take care of us. HB was great. We looked over all the scooters and decided on one. He answered all of our questions, made suggestions and really helped us out. We went back down on the following Tuesday and the mechanic checked over the scooter, inspected it, filled all the fluids up and took it for a ride to make sure it was running smoothly, and then dropped it off in front of me HB then explained all I needed to know about maintenance and such. He took me over to the scooter and showed me all the little nooks and crannies and how everything worked. He handed me the keys and told me to ride around the parking lot for as long as I wanted to.



I have never had such a great experience at a dealer. I recommend these guys to the hilt. They will always get a recommendation from me.
