I was extremely disappointed when I've gone to this car wash several times now and today I spent $10 on the works I went through like the instructions said and I set in the machine for 5 minutesand decided it was not going to start hoping it was a malfunction or something simple I went through a second time and lost 10 more dollars I am very satisfied with how well my car gets washed by this company but I don't think I'll come back after losing $20
