I like dealing with Maplebrook Nursery when I go there in person. I cannot get in touch with anyone on the phone during normal business hours. This makes it difficult to have orders pulled prior to going in person. It also makes it impossible to know if they carry certain plants necessary to carry out landscape jobs with my business. It would probably make good business sense for them to carry cordless phone so that they could answer customer calls when out of the office working.
