They are very nice and an excellent sales group. I went in for a watch battery that ended up costing me $37. I think I better go somewhere else the next time. I am too much of a sucker for these kind of stores.

My boyfriend ordered my birthday gift a month in advance so it would be here in time for my special day. Well, he kept checking on it and it was continually not in. My big day finally arrives and guess what? No birthday present for me! I know it sounds vain but I have been led to believe it is an engagement ring and I'm really excited!! He continues to call and leave messages and no one would return his call. It took 3 days before someone would get back to him. And all they had to say was "sorry". We are both furious! He specifically ordered way in advance to avoid a situation like this. Now I have to wait a whopping 7 more days and all they can say is they think it will be here by then. I had to postpond my special birthday outing with my hunny because someone at Kranich's couldn't have called him back. Not only did it ruin my special day's plans but it also ruined the surprise effect he was trying to have. Now my postponded birthday evening won't be nearly as special because of all of the drama we have had to go through just to get a ring that should have arrived in plenty of time. The pot of gold was surely stolen from my rainbow and it is certain that neigther of us will EVER do business with this company in the future! What would we have done if those were our wedding rings? You can't exactly postpond that at the last second, now can you?
