Provided by YP.comthis is the most dishonest crooked place and has no care about customer service. Took my phone in they quoted me one price and when i picked it up they charged me almost double. Also the phone was in worse shape than when i took it in. They poked holes in the back cover and have pry marks all over the back of the phone.. Not willing to promptly fix anything they ruined and just told me that this is a hard phone to work on And the only thing that was wrong when i took it in was a crack in the screen glass. Now the phone is ruined never take any thing there again. Terrible
Interesting review considering your phone repair has been completed for well over a month and you have not picked it up. All concerns with it have been addressed. The reason for the price difference is that there was more damage found once it was opened up. You told us to fix it anyway. Your daughter dropped it (HTC Inspire)at an amusement park and severely damaged a $500 phone and you think $195 to fix it is too much??? Your lack of professionalism in handling this is obvious! And oh, by the way, you didn't happen to mention that I provided your daughter with a comparable "loaner" phone, which you STILL have. Your only LEGITIMATE gripe is that it cost more than originally expected.
