I bought a cemetery blanket from Creative Expressions 2 times the owner WOULD NOT fill my request for red and white carnations placed throughout the blanket--being charged $70 and not being able to fulfill a simple customer request I contacted the cemetery who connected me with a girl who not only filled my request but she actually delivers the blanket to the grave for $45!! Sign me Marge "pudding head"

Spoke with Owner who executed my order down to the last detail. She made my first experience witha florist the best experience I could have ever asked for. Thank you Creative Expressions. I will be a returning customer.

On Feb. 12, 2015, I called in an order for one dozen, long-stemmed, red roses to be delivered the following day, Valentine's Day at my girlfriend's place of employment. Paid for with my credit card in full, when the order was placed. I was very specific in my instructions about the flowers being delivered on Valentine's Day, even having a conversation with the owner about the surprise I had planned for my girlfriend, of which this was just one component. So, it was my own great surprise when my girlfriend called me just 2 hours later, thanking me for the roses that were DELIVERED A DAY EARLY, to her workplace, even though she WAS NOT WORKING THAT DAY, so her coworkers had to call her at home to come pick them up. SURPRISE! The entire surprise package, which relied on a simple matter of following clear instructions, was ruined. I made three separate calls to Creative Expressions, having to leave a detailed message each time, yet not once received even so much as the courtesy of a return call. I placed a review (negative) on their website, but I suppose only positive testimonials are suffered, because it was deleted. Apparently, the owner can't take criticism, either. Absolutely inexcusable business practice. One star ONLY because it is required for the testimonial.

I received a flower delivery on 2/13 at work for Valentines Day from my boyfriend. However I did not receive the flowers that he paid for. He paid for a dozen of purple roses with additional purple flowers to make up the arrangement in a purple vase. what I received was 4 purple roses 2 white and a variety of flowers that were not purple in a red vase. He paid $127.00. we are extremely upset and are completely dissatisfied. No one I Know will ever buy flowers from creative expressions.
