Though we did have a bit of a rocky start Dr. Lovelace was very prompt in correcting the issue. I appreciate her professionalism. They providers at the Alton office are wonderful. They take the time to listen to their patients and thoroughly explain your treatment to you before they begin. Making sure you understand. I appreciate the fact that they take the time to really listen to you and your concerns.
