I bought a toy for my son for his birthday. It didn't work. I called and spoke with an employee and they said that I would be fine returning the toy. When I brought it back the toy back to the store, the manager named Eric would not accept the return because the packaging was torn up and because the toy "look used." I told him we bought the toy the day before and that I even called and spoke with an employee about it. Eric didn't care. He was a super big jerk. I spent a lot on a gift for my kid and they wound up with a broken toy for their birthday. Thanks Toys r' Us.
