Really delightful little place with the freshest ingredients and the young man who waited on me was very friendly and went to great lengths to make sure my order was accurate. I wasn't in a rush so I didn't mind that it took a little longer than one would expect in a buffet line even though I was the first customer to arrive for lunch. I had never heard of avocado hummus and it was truly delicious.



In this current environment of chain restaurants and fast food franchises I was happy to see an independently owned and operated spot working so hard to deliver good food at a good price.



The owner spent some time chatting with me about current events while we watched CNN and he seemed like quite a nice man. His employees seem very devoted to him. Things picked up as noon approached and he immediately went behind the counter and started assisting his staff to wait on other customers. They were quite busy and seemed to have a lot of regulars. I know I'll be returning again.



Splendid experience! can't wait to go again this weekend with my wife.

Absolutely delicious! Very Fresh and everything is HOMEMADE! Try the Avocado Hummus...its like nothing you've ever had!

What a great, new addition to Altamonte Springs! I recommend ordering the chicken shawarma and babaganoush- although everything I tried was delicious!

I lived and went to school in Lebanon. The food at Taboulis is like going back to the real deal. Wow! I highly recommend the food and the service. I was in Altamonte on business and found this place. I hope they open on in St Louis!
