I just wanted to say how much I appreciate Mr. Price and his firm for helping me to save my house from foreclosure! I am a single mom going through tough financial times after my divorce. I was beginning to lose hope that I would ever be able to stay in the house my kids grew up in.My mortgage had changed hands four times in one year, and the adjustable interest rate was too high at 11.8%. I wasn't able to make the payments by myself anymore, and Citibank (Bank of America) would not help me with a loan modification. Then a friend told me to talk to Charlie to see if he could help me.I can't tell you how much I appreciate my friend, and Charlie for taking my case! He has given me hope that I may someday soon be able to keep my house. Charlie was able to put a stop to the foreclosure proceedings and I have been able to live in my house for years while the case is pending. Now that my financial situation is better Charlie is working on helping me to get a loan modification at an unbelievable rate! I never thought this would have been a possibility a couple of years ago. But now things are looking up and I am excited for this process to be coming to a close, with the end result being that the kids andI will be able to stay in our home forever.
