I lost $2000 in a mattress that was bad and they have never have. I have never been contacted back after many attemps. Very disapointing.

HORRIBLE!!!! I bought a bed the beginning of 2013 and withing a month the springs were sinking in right down the middle. Every time I went to the store or called the store there was a different person there and I had to explain the situation all over again. Then 4 months later they denied me a manufacturer warranty. I will NEVER buy from this company every again. The last representative I spoke with in the store even said it's a horrible company to work for and when I called 3 days later before I found out they denied me for the warranty, he no longer worked there. Take my advice, don't buy from these rude, lying people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a bed at this company and salesperson was very helpful I got a new comfort which is a very nice bed he also threw in the pillows which had cost 149 each plus free delivery I am happy with my choice thanks for reading
