I was getting married in October, and ordered my flowers for the wedding from this florist. Since they were Calla Lillies they are a special order flower. I ordered my flowers a month prior to the wedding, the florist only needed a week. The day before the wedding the owners wife called me and informed me she would not honor the price in the contract we had and if I still wanted the flowers I would have to pay an additional $8 per flower. She continued to get nasty with me over the phone while I was asking her to honor the price quoted. She also informed me the flowers were ordered a week prior. She never called me when they were ordered to inform me the price went up and no where on the contract does it say that prices are subject to change. She refused to make good on the order and told me she wasn't going to fill the order. Obviously, this late in the game, less than 24 hours away I am unable to get those flowers from another florist. I did end up going elsewhere and had to get different flowers. I feel as though she was extorting me. She was demanding more money since she knew I couldn't get the flowers elsewhere. THINK TWICE before using this florist for anything. She doesn't stand by her WRITTEN word, don't expect her to stand by anything verbal.

A local favorite because of the variety of flowers and roses instore and help from the staff. They didn't have the flowersthat I wanted and I asked them to order it and I got it the next day.Thanks for the help!

My boyfriend called from Germany to order the flowers over the phone; he has used them in the past and the flowers are always fresh and beautiful.
