I have been shopping at this store off and on for years. They are knowledgeable. The silverfish product didn't work at all. The ant bait was good for the outside ants but not the inside ants (more than one species) - however the Palmetto bug slurped it up like it was a Wendy's Frosty.Their prices on some items have become exceptionally high and there are NO REFUNDS (even for unopened products) - only store credit (which is not posted anywhere but on the receipt).Shop around elsewhere and learn prices before you commit.

They are very knowledgeable. I brought in a few of the ants, I was seeing in the house, and they were able to give me the best product to eliminate them.
