RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE! Slow service and greasy food that is not worth the wait... Cashier Shanell seem to get an attitude after the customer ME waited patiently for my order that took longer then the 3-4 min that was quoted to me... It took over 25 min for my order... When I came back to the window to inquire about the order, Shanell gets a little attitude and blaming the delay on the customers before me for the big order when my order was one meal... and then she shuts the window in my face with an attitude and walks away... I opened the window back up and asked for the manager... SHE didn't look any more professional then the staff with a non company hat on and a very sloppy uniform, but at least she did apologize for the wait... I don't usually eat at fast food restaurants and this Checkers just kilt the taste for ALL fast food restaurants and especially Checkers!!! I will NEVER eat at a Checkers again... Oh yeah, my order ended up not even being worth the wait... My smokey rib meal was too greasy and were not even good adding insult to injury... the ribs should be discontinue and this Checkers should be permanently closed!
