From the front door to the wellness center to the pool, the staff is helpful and courteous. I am handicapped and they are truly caring. I swam in the pool and found the guards to be very attentive and the music was a normal level given the size of the area. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for a better alternative than a gym.

they BLAST music in the pool area. When asked to turn it off or down the guard refused. They couldn't hear a child calling for help with it that loud. The aquatic Director wont solve the problem either. The guards close down lap lanes early, they bring kids under 18 into adult locker room, they stand around and chat instead of watching the pool. This has to be the least professional swimming organization I have seen. do NOT trust the safety of your children to this YMCA. you will NOT find a customer oriented swim staff at this YMCA
