HORRIBLE!! Ruined my new shoes, I have to buy another pair. Yelled at me when I confronted them and would not replace the shoes or even give me my money back for the horrible "services". BEWARE

TERRIBLE! Ruined my shoes because they did things I didn't even ask for. Then they yelled at me and wouldn't reimberse me. STAY AWAY!

Sad I have no choice but to choose one star because NO STARS isn't an option. This place RUINED my Taylor Says heels with hand painted bottoms. I took them in to have a portion of the sole replaced & they used spray paint on them covering most of the design on the bottom AND allowed some type of black adhesive to run all over the design on the sole of the shoes. These shoes are $130 & when I confronted them they suddenly can't speak or understand the English language! They refused to reimburse me ANY portion of the cost of the shoes. If I didn't have a full time job I'd sit my rear end in a chair on their sidewalk & warn everyone going in there & shoe them the shoddy work. This place is pathetic! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Just got my half sole and heels done. They came out better than new with great shine. Heels were damaged pretty bad but they were able to rebuild it like new. Great price and great service... can't ask any more. I am very happy to find local shoe repair service center that I can count on. Thank you.

Professional service on the shoe repair! Best repair job on the soles & heels replacement - comes with free pro shine too. Best prices and services are outstanding. The dry cleaning service is excellent. My shirts and pants are clean and awesome service. I would definitely do business again. I would highly recomend this place!
