OPEN NOW - Open 24 Hours

Just called to get tow. Voicemail said press 1 to continue, so I did. System then told me no one available to take my call and hung up. No chance to even leave a message. Ordinarily at this hour I'd be a little annoyed that I had to press 1 only to get hung up on, but this is a 24-hour service company.

24 hour service? I think not.

I hope you never need a towing service, however, if the time comes that you do......from my experience there is no better company than United!!!! Their driver Charles turned my afternoon from terrible to one with a smile on my face as he was friendly, knowledgable, and provided excellent customer service. All at a very reasonable cost to me.

The office is normally closed on Sundays but we still have driver's come in and release the cars for the convenience of customers. We inform them that there may be a wait upon arrival at this time due to drivers having to run police calls, etc.

Horrible, rude staff. Waited over an hour for someone to come to release my car. Would really like to give this business zero stars!
